Genevieve Lavoie is Principal director, Quebec. Having started her career in real estate in 1998, she has distinguished herself by moving from an administrative role to managing one of the most successful teams in Quebec. Her training as a real estate broker certified AEO, her experience at the agency level, in the field and as part of a team gives Royal LePage a direct understanding of the realities of brokers. When she joined Royal LePage in 2016, she took over the events, the training program, team services, in addition to supporting recruitment initiatives. She is now in charge of growing, promoting and managing Royal LePage’s Quebec network, in addition to overseeing activities and operations in the province – her collaborative and human approach aims for a united and strong network.
Dominic St-Pierre is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Royal LePage. He has been a pivotal leader at Royal LePage for over 21 years, effectively managing and expanding the Quebec division to include more than 2,300 real estate brokers. With an MBA from McGill – HEC, he has successfully directed over 200 acquisitions and conversions within the Bridgemarq network, demonstrating his deep understanding of the real estate brokerage landscape. Dominic is widely recognized as a credible voice in the industry, frequently quoted in the media for his valuable insights into market trends.
With a degree in communications from UQAM, Camille has extensive experience in coordination and project management. She has held positions in product management, marketing coordination and account management. Her role at Royal LePage includes managing events, the company’s training program and partnerships, as well as supporting the brand’s recruiting initiatives.
Dominique holds a bachelor’s degree in art history and a master’s certificate in museology and art appraisal. Having evolved in the museum world, where her passion for marketing was revealed, and then in the hospitality industry, she now contributes to Royal LePage’s reach and positioning on social media, and collaborates to the development of multiple marketing resources for the network.
